Occupawed Shipping Policy

Shipping cost: Free on every order, no minimum required.

Processing time: Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment partners within 1 business day of purchase.

Delivery time: Most items arrive within 1–5 business days of shipment. Exact timing depends on the item:

• Lick mats, feather wands: 1 business day
• Puzzle feeders, heartbeat toys, dental chews, treats: 2 business days
• Cat toys, roller toys: 4 business days
• Refill packs, wipes, training treats, puzzle toys, chew wheels: 5 business days

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Multi-item orders: If you order more than one item, they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and doesn't mean anything went wrong.

Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. 

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments:We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
